Michael Walmsley is a Director in our Principal Investments business. He joined FNZC in 2017 having previously spent 11 years at Macquarie Capital’s Principal Transactions Group in London and Sydney.

Michael has significant experience working alongside sponsors and private businesses in the origination, structuring, execution and management of direct investment opportunities and has been involved in transactions totalling more than $3bn across a wide range of industries, structures and jurisdictions.

Michael holds Bachelor degrees in Commerce and Law and a Masters of Business (Finance) from the University of Otago.
